We’ve partnered with Tourism Nova Scotia to help connect tourism businesses with digital service providers that can help them develop or enhance effective digital marketing tools. It’s an exciting project that gives our tourism businesses the opportunity to collaborate with the digital community in our province. Approved tourism businesses will be eligible for 100% of the cost of services from a qualified digital service provider, up to a maximum value of $5,000 including HST.

Tourism businesses submit a digital assistance application. A panel from Tourism Nova Scotia and Digital Nova Scotia will review and score applications. Advice on the outcome of your application is available after a formal decision has been made and communicated to you in writing.
Digital service providers submit an Expression of Interest to Digital Nova Scotia that describes the types of services they can provide. Digital Nova Scotia reviews these applications and maintains a list of prequalified service providers and services available.
Next we match each tourism business with digital service providers that meet the specific needs of the business. Approved businesses will be eligible for the full cost of services of a qualified consultant with expertise in the specific tactics required (up to a maximum of $5,000 including HST in service value).
