VERB Interactive Lands Major Australian Account, Grows Global Practice

HALIFAX, NS — Digital marketing agency VERB Interactive (VERB) announced a new partnership with Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia (Voyages) today.
After more than 15 years focused on clients in the U.S., UK, The Bahamas, and Canada, VERB is announcing its first foray into Australia, as well as other recently-signed contracts in Paris and London.
“Working with an organization like Voyages in Australia is the realization of one of our long-time dreams here at VERB,” says agency President Andy MacLellan. “Our long-term vision is to expand VERB’s services and an award-winning commitment to excellence beyond North America. This partnership, born from our commitment to smart strategy and client relationships, puts us on the map in Australia.”
Voyages is owned by the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation (ILSC) and manages tourism and resorts on their behalf. Voyages offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre.
"We are currently driving one of the biggest digital transformations in Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia and the first agency that came to mind was VERB, because regardless of our remote location, I know I can trust them as partners and as an extension of my team and most importantly, I know they will deliver,” said Ana Sofia Ayala, Voyages Director of Marketing. “I’m looking forward to driving this digital transformation with VERB and helping one of the most socially responsible organizations in Australia."
VERB will help Voyages plan and realize a complete digital transformation for their business. Phase 1 of this long-term partnership will include an assessment of their technology and marketing needs, followed by the creation of a content strategy, digital platform, booking experience and in-market mobile app in order to support guests at each stage of the travel planning and booking journey. In Phase 2, VERB will begin supporting the brand with marketing efforts across all their digital channels.
“We are excited about working in Australia, but we’re truly passionate about partnering with Voyages because of the quality of the brand and the product itself, as well as the nature of the work,” said MacLellan. “We continue to drive our business forward by focusing on our principles of being client-focused and truly excited about the work we take on.”
Today’s news comes on the heels of new contracts that will see the agency working more intensely in Paris and London. MacLellan expects more major announcements about the agency in the near future.
