Digital Skills for Women - Designed by Women, for Women

Digital Skills for Women is a non-profit learning cohort created by women for women who do not have experience in the tech/digital/IT industry. This cohort is designed to help participants learn more about industry-related topics, the ecosystem, and career opportunities. The purpose of Digital Skills for Women is to help participants build confidence, learn industry language, and ultimately leave better positioned to explore and enter a career in digital/tech/IT. Each cohort consists of six, three-hour sessions that take place over the course of 12 weeks. The content for each cohort will be slightly different based on the cohort members and their application feedback. However, topics that may be covered include digital marketing strategy, analytics, SEO, databases, digital advertising, email marketing, cybersecurity, programming, and more, and sessions are led by local, expert women. Sessions are typically 9am-12pm and dates for the fall cohort include: Sept 25, Oct 2, Oct 23, Nov 6, Nov 20 and Dec 4 Applications for the fall 2021 cohort are now open!
