Pisces Oceans is a certified women-owned ocean project consultancy founded on the belief that ambitious ocean work deserves infrastructure as strong as its ambition. We partner with global ocean leaders, scientists, academics, not-for-profit directors, innovators, and Indigenous-led organizations, to build the strategic, management, and communications infrastructure their projects need to restore clarity, expand capacity, and scale impact. Our work is grounded in a unique trifecta of disciplines that most ocean project teams struggle to find in one place: Science: Our team understands the language of ocean science — the research, the rigour, the peer-review process, and the academic ecosystem. We’re not scientists, but we speak science fluently, which means our clients never have to slow down to explain their work to us. Strategy: We translate complex ideas into aligned, actionable plans. From governance design and business strategy to communications planning and stakeholder alignment, we build the structures that move projects from vision to execution. Story: We believe ocean impact is only achieved by connecting people to the ocean. We build the narratives, creative assets, and communications systems that inspire hearts to move hands.
