DZ Technology Consulting is an AI and Digital Transformation consultancy supporting small and mid-sized organizations to adopt artificial intelligence in a practical, responsible, and implementation-focused way. We work with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, with a strong emphasis on SMEs that are navigating AI adoption with limited internal technical capacity. We support clients across the full AI adoption lifecycle - AI readiness and automation assessments, use-case identification, workflow automation, tool implementation, and sustained adoption - while embedding data privacy, governance, and risk management from the outset.
