ITI is looking for a Modern workplace specialist who will be involved in the implementation of Microsoft 365 technical solutions tailored to each need. Your role will be to guide clients in making the most appropriate technology choices for cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365.
Your role at ITI
You will be responsible for:
- Understanding the customer’s business needs and articulating them into optimal technology solutions;
- Integrate and configure technology solutions based on Microsoft 365 technologies for collaboration, security, compliance and identity and access protection;
- Facilitate workshops with the client in order to understand their needs and advise them on the technological orientations to be favored in their company;
- Act as a project manager in the design and implementation of projects in a structured and planned manner, able to juggle multiple projects and multiple clients;
- Designing technical migration and technological transformation plans for his projects;
- Follow the development of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and be on the lookout for new developments;
- Migrate local environments to Microsoft 365;
- Deploy collaboration and security solutions including: Intune, Azure Information Protection, Defender, DLP, AIP, Azure Active Directory;
- Define optimal configuration settings for Microsoft 365 environments;
- Produce high quality deliverables.

What we’re looking for
Profile
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions;
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role;
- DEC or BAC in computer science;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English. (The addition of an English-speaking employee will allow the department to continue working with English-speaking employees and customers based in Ontario).
