We’re seeking a Senior Applications Developer with proficiency in Java or Stibo PIM for a six-month contract. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in conducting thorough design and code reviews across the System Development Life Cycle, ensuring that the delivered solutions adhere to IT standards and exemplify best practices in software delivery.
As the Senior Applications Developer, your responsibilities extend to managing the development life cycle for both large-scale and medium to small projects, spanning diverse platforms or solutions. You will lead support teams in crafting software solutions, providing guidance in the development of comprehensive functional, technical, and operational specifications. You will also ensure that all documentation is current and accurate before the implementation of solutions or changes.
What you have to offer:
- At least 5 years relevant experience.(Java or Stibo PIM).
- Solid experience with SDLC methodologies – including agile/sprint processes.
- Solid experience in performing data migration/conversion design and development.
- Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.
- Good to have experience in Stibo with proficiency in following areas:
- Functional Knowledge of Stibo PIM, business rules and workflows.
- Maintenance and housekeeping activities in PIM environment.
- Configuration settings on Stibo Workbench.
- Customizations on Stibo and associated application servers.
- Good communication skills to ensure that department management is informed of progress, status and issues of delivery team activities.
- Leadership skills to support teams in the development and support of software solutions.
- Ability to identify functional and technical solutions to meet client requirements.
