Sales Advisor – Full-Time
Locations: Antigonish (NS), Yarmouth (NS)

Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class customer experience every time someone walks into a GBS location.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Use the TELUS online activation system and POS system to process transactions.
- Process contracts and other administration work required by the role.
- Open or close the store location and be available to work any shift the retail location is open.
- Adapt to evolving wireless/IT technology.
- Reach out to current clients via phone calls regarding products and services.
- Must be at least 19 years old and legally able to work within Canada.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Warm, enthusiastic, empathetic communicator with a collaborative selling style.
- Strong commitment to results.
