Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:

  • Understand client objectives and provide recommendations that help achieve them
  • Provide oversight and guidance that links strategy through to execution and results
  • Lead business development initiatives
  • Lead and inspire fellow employees daily

Must-haves:

  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant field
  • A natural ability to link strategy with execution
  • A solid understanding of all offline and online media
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • A willingness to lean into projects across the organization that may fall outside of your job description
  • The ability to communicate cross-functionally, with client’s strategy in mind
  • A team player attitude
  • French as a second language is an asset
