About the Role:
- As a Quality Assurance & Content Creator at QuickFacts, you’ll showcase your expertise in insurance and organization. More specifically, you’ll get to:
- Quality check all resources
- Work closely with technology on manual updates to ensure quality assurance and be responsible for any content revisions required
- Champion opportunities to consistently Improve the QuickFacts experience & content
- Continually Develop new resources and assist in the design with real user feedback
- Apply a detail-oriented approach concerning documentation and communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Be a contact for client questions via our online chat platform
Qualifications:

- Previous Experience in the Insurance Industry as a Commercial Lines Insurance Broker, Underwriter with experience in Ontario and/or Atlantic Canada
- Previous Experience in the Insurance Industry as a Personal Lines Insurance Broker, Underwriter with experience in Ontario and/or Atlantic Canada is an asset
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Stong organization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative
- Solution-Oriented
- A high level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism is a must
- Ability to work independently
- Have proper work-from-home space
- Willingness to learn and build professional skills
