Introhive is an AI-powered Relationship Intelligence platform helping organizations unlock the value of their relationships and data to drive collaboration, strengthen client engagement, and accelerate growth. Since launching in 2012, Introhive has grown into a leading B2B relationship intelligence platform, supporting more than 250,000 users across 90+ countries.

As Introhive continues to evolve its AI capabilities, they are seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a significant portion of product strategy and help shape how relationship intelligence is delivered within the emerging enterprise AI ecosystem.

The Opportunity

As Principal Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of major product investment areas, translating customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging AI capabilities into products that deliver measurable value.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI, relationship intelligence, and professional services workflows. You’ll help shape how Introhive’s relationship graph integrates with enterprise LLMs and vertical AI platforms while driving partner ecosystem capabilities through Model Context Protocol (MCP) and third-party integrations.

Success requires both strategic product leadership and the ability to get into the details. You’ll work directly with customers, Engineering, GTM teams, and partners to identify high-value problems, validate opportunities, define solutions, and drive them from early discovery through adoption and ongoing evolution.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and drive multi-quarter product roadmaps across key investment areas, aligning product priorities with broader company strategy and customer needs.
  • Partner with Product leadership to help shape Introhive’s broader product vision and identify opportunities for product-market fit and market adoption.
  • Develop business cases and product strategies focused on helping customers unlock greater value from relationship intelligence, including integrations between Introhive’s relationship graph, enterprise LLMs, and vertical AI platforms.
  • Own functional product requirements for Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors and third-party integrations, with a focus on effective data ingestion, signal exposure, and connector performance.
  • Work directly with clients, customer advisors, and GTM teams to uncover high-value opportunities across legal, accounting, and consulting workflows.
  • Translate complex relationship data into useful, context-rich experiences that support how professional services teams work.
  • Lead structured validation before development, testing assumptions around data accuracy, performance, usability, and customer value.
  • Partner closely with Engineering throughout development to translate validated opportunities into executable plans and successful product releases.
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support to drive launch readiness, adoption, documentation, and post-release success.
  • Act as a product evangelist, clearly articulating the roadmap internally while representing Introhive’s product vision with customers, partners, and market influencers.
  • Own product areas throughout their lifecycle, monitoring adoption, identifying opportunities for iteration, and making informed decisions around continued investment.
  • Mentor Product Managers and contribute to the continued evolution of product management practices and standards across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience within B2B SaaS, including at least three years at a Senior or Principal level owning significant product areas and customer problem sets.
  • Formal or informal experience providing product leadership and mentorship to other Product Managers.
  • Experience within professional services technology, ideally supporting legal, accounting, consulting, or similarly complex professional workflows.
  • Strong understanding of professional services operating models and the day-to-day workflows of fee-earning professionals.
  • Strong technical and AI fluency, including working familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), LLMs, APIs, context engineering, and relational graph architectures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering on technical considerations such as signal latency, data formatting, integration architecture, and connector constraints.
  • Experience translating complex or unstructured relationship data into actionable context, AI-enabled experiences, or customer-facing product capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy to technical, commercial, customer, and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct customer research, validate assumptions, and translate customer insights into product decisions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development, including iterative delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • A bias toward action and experimentation, using iterative validation to accelerate learning and reduce risk.
  • Strong strategic judgment with the ability to prioritize high-value investments and confidently say “no” when opportunities don’t align with the broader product strategy.

Why Join Introhive?

  • Take ownership of a significant area of product strategy within an established global B2B SaaS organization.
  • Help shape how relationship intelligence evolves in an increasingly AI-driven professional services landscape.
  • Work at the intersection of LLMs, enterprise data, relationship intelligence, and emerging interoperability standards such as MCP.
  • Engage directly with sophisticated professional services organizations and help solve complex, high-value workflow challenges.
  • Influence product direction from early discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and continued evolution.
  • Work alongside collaborative Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams that value curiosity, thoughtful experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Join a culture that values outcomes over hours, curiosity over perfection, and collaboration over ego.

Introhive is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourages applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences. Accommodations are available throughout the recruitment process upon request.
