Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a Sr. Digital Business Analysis Consultant. ROLE @ MNP

Performance Expectations

  • Engage with clients to gain understanding of their digital marketing strategy and objectives, current business processes and challenges
  • Engage business stakeholders and write formal documentation such as business cases, requirements definition specifications, project glossaries, non-functional requirements specifications and communication plans
  • Gain understanding of user experience design principles and approaches including content strategy, information architecture, user interface design, user behaviour analysis and user research
  • Analyze and re-engineer business processes
  • Use research techniques to elicit and validate user needs; make recommendations regarding the future state
  • Complete process documentation and analysis experience
  • Create specification of system requirements for business processes (data, presentation and logic)
  • Assess web and mobile user interface designs and make recommendations to improve user experience
  • Prepare supporting communications and take efficient and prompt action to resolve project-related problems, as needed
  • Prioritize business requirements based on clients’ business imperatives
  • Present materials to small or large audiences including senior/executive management who have varying levels of expertise
  • Gain a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Raise awareness of MNP at community events
  • Attend internal MNP courses to further develop your technology consulting knowledge

Credentials

  • Possess an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a project or consulting environment with relevant experience
  • Proven User Experience Design and Business Analysis experience required
  • Knowledge and experience of web content management systems (WCMS), customer relationship management and digital experience solutions and platforms
  • Understanding of technical architecture that supports the business application to be implemented
  • Understanding of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and of search engine optimizations, web analytics and content strategy principles
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the requirements management lifecycle
  • Ability to develop and implement operating policies
  • Ability to hold a Government of Canada security clearance
  • Willingness and ability to travel on occasion
