Insolvency Analyst

Your Opportunity

We are looking for an Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing the necessary discharge reports and other paperwork for court hearings (training will be provided)
  • Corresponding with debtors on file completeness and responding to debtors’ inquiries in a timely manner
  • Answering questions relating to the bankruptcy court discharge process
  • Liaising with team members to ensure efficient, diligent, and timely administration of insolvency file closings
  • Participating in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge
  • Completing other duties as assigned

Your experience and education

  • Two or more years of relevant work experience in a financial service environment; Insolvency, Banking, Accounting, Credit Counseling or other relevant areas
  • Great interpersonal skills to deal with team members, debtors, and creditors
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills to respond to different situations
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes personal ownership and responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A team player who can also work independently
