Insolvency Analyst
Your Opportunity
We are looking for an Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions team and own the following responsibilities:
- Preparing the necessary discharge reports and other paperwork for court hearings (training will be provided)
- Corresponding with debtors on file completeness and responding to debtors’ inquiries in a timely manner
- Answering questions relating to the bankruptcy court discharge process
- Liaising with team members to ensure efficient, diligent, and timely administration of insolvency file closings
- Participating in ongoing training to improve technical knowledge
- Completing other duties as assigned

Your experience and education
- Two or more years of relevant work experience in a financial service environment; Insolvency, Banking, Accounting, Credit Counseling or other relevant areas
- Great interpersonal skills to deal with team members, debtors, and creditors
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills to respond to different situations
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Takes personal ownership and responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A team player who can also work independently
