Proposify is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia; but this is a remote position and we are welcoming applications across Canada.

What you’ll do and love doing:

  • Be the trusted advisor and advocate for customers in our Mid-Market and Large customer segments.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle post-sale, including onboarding. You will own renewals and identify expansion opportunities for all of your assigned accounts.
  • Be a product and category expert, and someone our customers look to for guidance, advice, and consultation.
  • Proactively engage customers with recurring touchpoints to derive maximum value from their investment in Proposify
  • Determine customer goals and collaborate on customized Proposify workflows to drive value
  • Collaborate with other Proposify teams to ensure adoption and successful renewals
  • Monitor customer health and build and execute associated risk mitigation plans
  • Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the proper resources
