B2B Sales Representative

About the Job

• Build relationships with clients and team members and serve as a trusted point of contact.
• Promote and sell Mobility Solutions, Managed IT services, and VoIP solutions, including smart home/business security solutions and vehicle & fleet tracking.
• Meet with clients and internal Operations teams to understand IT objectives.
• Provide timely and thorough responses and guidance to client requests.
• Advocate for your client during day-to-day operations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of technology products and services including hardware, software, and GBS Technologies services.
• Generate new business via leads from marketing, social selling, direct sales, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Use strong analysis skills to interpret market data, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.

Qualifications

• Technical B2B sales knowledge.
• 2–5+ years of successful sales experience in IT or telecommunications.
• Excellent communication skills adapted to virtual sales.
• Ability to think and act strategically across all levels of a client organization.
• Demonstrated success managing both short and long-term selling cycles.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with confidence to make cold calls.
