The Opportunity
This is your chance to work alongside some of the best in the digital advertising industry and B2B SaaS space. We’re looking for an individual who enjoys being challenged, is a lifelong learner, and takes pride in delivering results for clients.
The successful candidate can expect to earn between $65,000 – $82,500 CAD/year—depending upon relevant skills and experience—as part of a complete, competitive compensation package.
Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate at Outshine, you lead client engagements by balancing execution with a more holistic picture of performance and goals. Your three areas of focus are:
- Technical excellence. Our ability to make our clients happy comes from a deep understanding of ad platforms and effectively analyzing performance so we can pull the right levers to best optimize it. You’re proficient across platforms and channels, and can connect the dots between execution, KPIs, and overall client goals.
- Client leadership. You understand the difference between good and great client communication, positioning, and strategy. You push yourself to navigate client opportunities and challenges and understand when to operate autonomously and when to bring in support.
- Team motivation. You create an environment where everyone on your team can succeed, learning to delegate and guide, providing feedback and encouragement, and organizing and activating a team to make the most of the people with whom you work.
Key Competencies
- 3+ years experience in digital advertising and measurement platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Google Analytics
- Experience ramping up quickly, delivering impact
- Experience managing complex projects and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient working in the Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides)
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is an asset
- Experience in an advertising or marketing agency is an asset
- Experience with Looker is an asset
