Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We currently have a full time opportunity for a IT & EPMO Finance Manager to join our Finance department based out of our office in Stellarton, NS or Mississauga, ON.

Job Description

What you will get to do in this fast-paced role:

  • Creation of the weekly Ontario Merchandisers and flyer;
  • Work with Category teams on weekly flyer and merchandiser support;
  • Proofreading for accuracy all Merchandisers, flyers, and POS materials;
  • Editing and image gathering of items in the weekly flyers;
  • Daily Communications to Ontario ad and non-ad customers;
  • Work with Ad Agency partner to create Ontario Advertising materials;
  • Create, upload, and maintain documents on the ”replenish” customer portal;
  • Work with Wholesale Cash & Carry Teams to build monthly sales flyers;
  • Creation of the monthly Convenience Corner merchandisers and flyers;
  • Liaise with Ontario Sales team for flyer/merchandiser related issues;
  • Work with supplier partners on flyer distribution changes;
  • Work cohesively with Advertising team on additional flyer zones.

Job Requirements

  • University or College degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in a retail advertising;
  • Strong proofreading skills;
  • Bilingual (French & English);
  • Ability to work with regimented deadlines;
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently or in a group setting;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; High Excel skills;
  • SAP Skills;
  • Proficient knowledge of Promotion Planner.
