NLS: AI For Project Management

Practical Utilization of AI for Project Management is a six-week microcredential designed to help project management professionals build practical, job-ready capability in applying artificial intelligence to project planning, execution, communication, and decision-making. The course combines asynchronous learning with live virtual sessions and a capstone project, giving participants both foundational understanding and hands-on experience with current AI tools used in workplace settings.

Participants explore core AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, and learn how these technologies can support project workflows such as documentation, meeting capture, research, data analysis, forecasting, risk identification, and process automation. The course emphasizes the practical use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Fireflies.AI, GitHub Copilot, Make.com, and Zapier in project environments.
