SUMMARY:The Secret to Building a 7-figure Business
DESCRIPTION:Too many women are hustling the joy right out of their business\, and it’s costing them money. \n\nThey work longer and longer hours struggling to get ahead and grow their brand…\nThey put up with nightmare clients who suck up their time and steal their sanity…\nThey tone down their magic trying to be everything for everybody…\n\nMaybe you can relate. \nBefore I cracked the code and built a 7-figure business that I ADORE\, I did all those things too. In fact\, I hustled so hard I literally made myself sick. Then everything came to a screeching halt — including my cash flow. \nThat’s when I met a teacher who showed me the real way to build lasting\, reliable revenue. \nNow\, I’ve put together a free Masterclass to show you how to do it too. \nIt all comes down to one small change that creates an incredibly lucrative domino effect for your entire brand.

DESCRIPTION:Creating an inclusive and engaging workplace is challenging\, especially in our world today. Whether our workplaces are in-person\, hybrid or remote\, every workplace wants to create a successful and productive culture\, but we don’t always know how. \nIn this 60 minute presentation\, Roman 3 will address the importance of employee engagement and inclusion\, as well as the common mistakes we make when trying to create both. We will leave you with clear and tangible examples of what success needs to look like in order to create a workplace that makes everyone feel respected\, trusted\, encouraged\, and inspired. \nWe will also look to engage as much input and questions from participants and use as many real-life examples as possible to ensure that all information is practical and meaningful to everyone in attendance.

SUMMARY:Corporate & Shared Services National Insights – Fall Edition
DESCRIPTION:Event Overview\nOptimizing Service Delivery Through a United Approach \nAs our governments look to further their transformation journeys\, it is important to look back at what we’ve accomplished and yet acknowledge the work that still has to be done. While many sectors have successfully implemented strong foundations for sustainable development\, the adoption of consolidated and integrated corporate and shared services operations has presented many challenges. It is crucial that we address those barriers and find viable solutions. \nThis webinar will explore the shift to consolidated government functions and examine key factors both driving success and hindering efforts. While many of our government departments have been operating sufficiently with the legacy systems as is\, it is essential to understand the risk this poses to our government and our communities. Policies need to further address the transformation needed to keep up with shifting demand and priorities. \nAdopting more innovative and flexible solutions to procurement\, finance and operational processes will only strengthen our governments. Creating policies that are more adaptable and amenable to change will leave room for growth. Embracing a centralized approach through modern digital solutions\, enforced by leadership\, will create more resilient and future-focused enterprises.
