Diversity, Inclusion, and Unconscious Bias

Increasing diversity and inclusion are goals on many executive plans for their organizations. These leaders are endeavoring to generate more diversity within their businesses, not only because it’s the right thing to do, it also makes business sense. Research shows that companies high in racial and ethnic diversity are highly likely to have financial returns 35% and above their respective national industry medians. Furthermore, businesses that support diversity and inclusion in all aspects of their organization statistically outperform their peers.
