We have trained hundreds of LSS Green Belts and our instructors have coached Green Belt projects whose sum exceeds $40m dollars! With 50 hours divided up over 1/2 day online virtual training, join Barrington OPS as they cover in depth training in the LSS DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology. We can follow up with 1 x 1 coaching through a Green Belt process improvement project. Upon completion of the classroom training, passing a technical test and completion of the certification criteria you will receive a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.   The Training begins on November 3rd and ends December 10th, 2020   Register
