Course overview Human-centered design (HCD) empowers us to tap into the human experience at every step of the design process so that we are considering the end-users - our customers! In this 4-day course, participants will: Learn key concepts of human-centered design, including empathizing with customers through observation and interviews Tap into human-centered design principles to design and develop digital products people love to use Develop “points-of-view” based on user needs and insights, and ideation through brainstorming creative solutions for design challenges Explore considerations for designing accessible and inclusive digital products Most importantly, through a hands-on experiential approach, participants will 'learn by doing' and discover practical ways to leverage this design and management framework in their organizations.
