In partnership with Nava Marketing, NSBI will host an online workshop to help business leaders think through, in a systematic way, the challenges they face and how they can improvise, adapt and overcome. This will include one hour of content delivery and 20 minutes per company of mentoring/coaching. The session will be in three sections: Managing the stress of the current situation and what tangible actions you can take immediately to reduce the levels of stress all in your organization, including you as leader are experiencing What changes you should think about implementing today to help your organization survive How the landscape your business operates in will change over the next few months and years and actions you could take to help your business quickly re-orientate or pivot to not just survive but thrive.
