WINstorm is a communication software platform consisting of an interactive viewer display, customized with a simple-to-use content management system (CMS) and a real-time analytics engine (that syncs with Google Analytics). WINstorm Analytics measures detailed viewer and user behavior and communication performance that is all reported back to the sender and management. It provides structure for a broad range of communication campaigns, aligning marketing strategy and assets with an organization’s sales goals. It enables for the measurement of content consumption and intelligent content delivery; providing buyers with more of the information they need and marketers with better insight into sales readiness and content performance. The product is licensed by seat and provides support services that are bundled into a Continuous Care (CC) package that includes training, technical support, and campaign development.

The WINstorm has been actively involved in the tourism marcom industry since its inception in 2002. Prior to that the current leadership team worked in tourism marketing for Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, PEI, and Bermuda. The company has done campaigns for Carnival, Costa, Regent Seven Seas, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, as well as Cruise Associations. It has also worked in the hotel industry.
WINstorm’s Communication platform is currently being used by The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Airports, Cruise Maryland, Bahama Paradise Cruise Line, and private operators in Canada and the USA.
